Decentralization of healthcare provision is limited to provincial and teaching hospitals due to limited resources, skilled personnel, and poor logistics infrastructure. Inventory Management

Health centers and local clinics have poor inventory management to know and execute when to order resupplies without disrupting patient care.

02

Site Optimization

Primary health centers have unutilised capacity to collect lab samples and give medicines without need of referring patinets to central hospitals.
